Rate Doctor is a low variable rate loan with a premium facility designed to cater for majority of your needs and requirements. It is simple and easy to manage, you have the flexibility to make extra repayments with no penalties and option to make repayments weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This is also suitable for property investors as line of credit facility available at the same low rate.

6.39% variable with annual fee reimbursed at the end of each year (only for loans above $350,000)

• $345 annual fee
• $30 per year for Debit Card (per card)
• Valuation fee per security (tbc before valuation is ordered – usually ranges from $150 - $250 per property)
• $250 settlement fee

*$1 ATM charge will apply for transactions performed at any Westpac ATM. An ATM operator fee will be charged for transactions at any other ATM.
**Manual redraw will incur $26 fee.
